• Your Data is Your Own: You own the rights to your data, and you are always free to access, edit, or remove it. Without your consent, Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. will not use your data, and once we do, we will only use it to perform the services you have requested.
• Your Data is Never Shared: We do not use or share customer data for advertising purposes or with third parties without your consent.
• Data Processing Only with Consent: We treat your data only with your consent and in compliance with strict rules and regulations. We do not mine it for marketing analysis or advertising purposes.
• Data Limits for Third Parties: When we use subcontractors or subprocessors, they are only permitted to carry out the duties Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. has contracted them to complete and are subject to the same privacy obligations as we are.
• Data Retention: When a client cancels a cloud service or the subscription expires, we are contractually obligated to remove client data from our systems. We keep your customer data in a restricted account for 45 days to allow you time to download it or renew your subscription before it is deleted.
• Data Deletion on Physical Storage Devices: Before sending a storage disc drive back to the manufacturer for replacement or repair, it is securely wiped or destroyed to prevent any data recovery.

DEFENDING YOUR DATA

Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. protects your data through well-defined response rules and procedures, steadfast contractual obligations, and, if required, legal action. We believe you should be informed whenever the government requests your personal information.

• Responding to Data Requests: Except as directed by you or as required by law, we will not share information with any government or law enforcement agency without proper legal validation.
• Demands from Law Enforcement: If we receive a request for your data, we will notify you promptly (except where prohibited by law) and provide a copy of the request.
• Our Commitments: Defending your data is a key commitment, and we will legally fight any government request for consumer information where it is lawful to do so.

• Access Your Data Anytime: You can access your data anytime during your subscription using your valid login credentials.
• Limited Access to Customer Data: We protect your data from improper access or use by third parties, both internal and external.
• Solicit Information: Any personal information about you is collected through legitimate means with your knowledge or consent.
• Use of Information: We only collect and use your information for the stated purposes, and it must be accurate and relevant.
• Cyber Protection: We implement rigorous security measures, including encryption, regular testing, and monitoring, to protect your data.
• Data Backup: We provide you with the option to create a local backup to prevent data loss.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
