At Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd., we strive to offer you quality software (hereinafter termed Software or SaaS Products or products or software services), providing quick, cost-effective, and helpful solutions for your professional and commercial life. We are also determined to provide you with inexpensive, specialized pre- and post-sales, supplementary services, and consulting (collectively referred to as services). Given the variety of choices on the market, we value and are grateful for your patronage. We have created this policy to outline what will happen if we fall short of your expectations or if they are outside the realm of what we can reasonably achieve.

Mode of Payment

At Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd., all transactions are conducted exclusively through bank-to-bank transfers. We require that all payments and refunds be processed directly between bank accounts to ensure security and accuracy. Please provide your bank details for any transactions or refund requests, and rest assured that your financial information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality. If you need assistance or have any questions regarding our payment methods, please reach out to our support team.

Subscriptions Cancellation

Please let us know about your concerns if you have any within the stipulated time that you use our product. We will make every effort to resolve your issue, offer a workable solution, or provide a timeframe for a solution that will satisfy your needs. If you are still not satisfied, we will gladly give you a full refund for your purchase and downgrade your account to the service’s free plan with finite access.

Each product has an online demo so that you may completely assess it before choosing to buy. If a product doesn’t have a demo, you may still learn more about it and determine whether it will meet your needs by viewing visual previews and video materials.

Return Policy

At Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd., we just want you to be satisfied with our services. We also go beyond that; if at any point throughout the term of your contract we delete, alter, or stop providing functionality that was offered at the time you signed your contract, please let us know as soon as possible. We will provide you with a refund for the remainder of the contract if we are unable to resolve it to your satisfaction in a timely way. At shivanshservices.com, if the user is not satisfied and wants to cancel the subscription, we will initiate a refund, up to 100% of your money, subject to stipulated conditions:

All services will be available as per the Subscription/Product subscribed by the user, duly listed at shivanshservices.com or its associated sites.

Services will be accessible, subject to the realization of payment as per the terms of payment listed along with the product plan at shivanshservices.com or its associated sites.

Before canceling the services, any money spent on government fees or administrative costs will be subtracted from the payments. Only a written submission, accompanied by a good explanation for canceling the services, will be taken into consideration. 20% more costs will be kept as advisory fees beyond cancellation terms if there is no good justification.

Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to make changes to the policy, periodically, without any prior notice.

Only the Chandigarh Jurisdictional Court shall have jurisdiction over all matters.

Return in Case of Customization of Any Product

As you know, we are a web-based software and products are standard on a global basis. However, in some cases, based on your requirements, we may have to do customization development of some features specific to your needs. We may have to charge an additional fee for the customization over and above the standard price. Upon your acceptance of the customization, our deliverables are completed. In such cases, we will not be able to process any refund.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscriptions will automatically renew until you decide to terminate the service for your convenience. Every time your subscription renews on its own, we will email you to let you know how much will be charged to your account using the chosen payment method. Products will only be renewed if payment has been received. In a similar manner, we will email you a receipt following each renewal that details the amount that was deducted in addition to the date and cost of the subsequent renewal.

We are aware that occasionally clients fail to cancel a service or product and decide not to continue after the transaction has been made. If you wish to cancel the renewal of the product under such circumstances, please contact us. We will still process your cancellation and issue a full refund, subject to the condition that the request is received within 48 hours of renewal.

Exception to Our Refund Policy

Please note that we will not entertain a request for a refund (full or pro-rated) when we have suspended or terminated your access to Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. services/products due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

  • The product’s name, expiration date, amount paid, and sales agent’s name, as well as a description of the complaint’s nature.

Please be aware that Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. will be unable to investigate the complaint/grievance if any pertinent information is absent.

No guarantee or promise is made by Shivansh Interactive Services Pvt. Ltd. about the removal or accurate correction of any offensive content. The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, will be followed to handle any content concerns.
